Introduced in 2006, currently one of the most popular models in the world. Good acceleration properties, similar to those of the Green model. The most universal model with big weight range . Excellent performance in diversified weather conditions. Easy to trim, produced with plain or square cloth
Red around 43 kg
The first basic JSail model introduced in 2000. Excellent speed when sailing downwind. Marvelous performance in all nautical conditions, especially at long waves. In strong wind conditions it requires dynamic body and sheet work. Produced with plain or square cloth.
Black 50+ kg
Introduced in 2011 as a sail that can prolong the Optimist career of the heaviest sailors. Enormous power can cause problems in strong winds but the overall performance compensates lower acceleration properties compared to other models. Produced with plain or square cloth.
